Sourced from the pristine fields of Shizuoka, Japan, Aura Matcha represents generations of tradition and craftsmanship. Each harvest is carefully tended, bringing you the finest ceremonial grade matcha with vibrant color and smooth taste.

The Process

Traditional preparation for the perfect cup

Step 01Prepare

Soak your bamboo whisk in warm water for 2-3 minutes to soften the bristles

Step 02Measure

Add 2-3 bamboo scoops of matcha powder to your ceremonial bowl

Sifting matcha powder through fine sieve

Step 03Sift

Pass the powder through a fine sieve for a perfectly smooth texture

Step 04Add Water

Pour warm water at 70-80°C gently over the matcha powder

Step 05Whisk

Use a swift zigzag motion creating a 'w' until a fine, silky foam appears on top
