Shade-grown before the first harvest and slowly stone-milled into an ultra-fine powder, each tin reflects the care, precision, and heritage behind authentic Japanese matcha.

Hojicha is a traditional Japanese green tea that is roasted over high heat instead of being left unroasted. This high-temperature process turns the leaves a reddish-brown color and replaces the typical grassy, vegetal taste of green tea with a smooth, nutty, and caramel-like flavor profile.
Flavor and Characteristics
Taste Profile: Warm notes of toasted nuts, cocoa, vanilla, and light caramel.
Low Bitterness: The roasting process removes almost all astringency and tannins, creating a very smooth cup.
